Default No Knock, stun or slow? wtf

This class SUCKS! I don't care if I havn't played it, I have played enough pvp in alot of other MMOs and a melee class without a knock back, stun or a slow?

How can you slowly leach HP if you can't keep on that guy?

Sounds like the pally melee proc ability in WOW (seal of light I think...) which proced a HP regen or another seal which proced MP regen and trust me..... they were NEVER USED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now AOC has made a game completely dedicating the Dark Templar to this ability of draining shit from your opponent. Sounds like another shitty PVP class to me.

donno about you, but I've never been beat by a DT

Haven't played the class, just looking into it as a possible 2nd toon. Completely agree, about the lack of stun/slow/kb. Priests get an aoe kb, a stun, and can spec into an aoe stun but DT's get none of that? From what I've seen too much running in AoC PVP for DT's to be overly effective on their own.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you mean Seal of Light and Seal of Wisdom were never used in PVP, because they were definatly used in PVE. Judging wisdom is one of the first things a paladin does in raids these days and any solo prot paladin will swap between the 2 while going about there business.

Don't think I've even seen a DT to try and kill one.

I was wrong about one thing. they do have a slow. not sure what the cooldown and the length of it is tho. Doesn't matter... I'm a clothy and DT beat and beat on me, to no avail.... or at the very list.. they can keep themselves up but not take someone down.

Ya seal of light and seal of wisdom were great for PvE.... but I, personally, only care about PvP. Also... they do seem to be better den pallys with deal of light in lower lvls... when burst dmg comes around.. we'll see how well they stand up.

Looks like a Dark Templar can spec into 2 stuns, a slow, and a fear, but it requires a specific feat spec that probably nerfs you're already unbearably low dps. I'm playing around with one and I'll let you know how I feel about it once I've had some time with the class.
